10/26/17: Strike magazine

Strike never fails to impress me. Their aesthetic, drive, style defines fashion magazine, and it's all created and run by students. This is my second time shooting for them and any opportunity I have to be a part of a photoshoot that's already thrown together for me, I grasp it. I was given beautiful models all made up by talented makeup artists, and it was like playtime for me.

Truthfully, the concept for Strike magazine that I shot this semester was extremely different for me and out of my comfort zone, but I enjoy doing things that scare me. After my photo directorial mode class this semester, I have more experience and I'm more comfortable with studio lighting, and this shoot pushed me even farther.

This was the beauty shoot and it was exciting, different and unique. I was so happy to help this concept come to life with my camera!
